Shipping policy

Delivery to mainland UK addresses only.
Whenever possible goods will be dispatched within three working days.
Most orders are sent by DHL and should be delivered the next working day.
A tracking number will be provided when your goods have been dispatched.
DHL Will contact you via email, text or both giving you the chance to rearrange your delivery.
DHL should also provide a delivery time slot on the morning of your delivery.
Orders going to rural areas (mainly Scottish highlands) may take up to five working days.
Large orders may be sent by three day courier or pallet network. You will be contacted if your goods are being sent via pallet.

Email correspondence normally replied to within twenty four hours (Monday to Friday).
