How much will delivery be?
Postage and Packaging is based on the final order value. Please see our delivery page for details.

What VAT will be due on my order?
All our current products and services are subject to VAT at the standard UK rate, this includes delivery. All prices on the site are shown inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

What is your returns policy?
Defective Products. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full (including the cost of sending the Products to you, and the cost of returning the Products to us). Alternatively, if we and you agree, we may supply you with a replacement or substitute Product.

Non Defective Products. You may return products at any time within 7 working days after the day you received your order. Products returned will be refunded in full (including the cost of sending the Products to you, but not the cost of returning the Products to us). Unfortunately products that are made to your specification are not covered, this includes cut sections of rope. This said we will always try to help customers who have made genuine mistakes. 

If you are entitled to a refund, we will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the day we received your notice of cancellation.
